Garlic Précosem

With its mild flavour and early harvest, Précosem is well suited for use fresh.

Just like Primor, it produces an attractive flower stalk about a month before the bulb itself is ready for harvest.

The skin is white with faint purple streaks, while the cloves have a lovely cream colour.
