Allium sativum
Valdour is an early purple garlic with white streaks and dark beige cloves. It is ready for harvest somewhat later than other early purple varieties.
It is a perfect complement to Germidour if you want to extend your harvest of early, fresh garlic!
It also has good resistance to Yellow Dwarf, a virus that stunts the size of the garlic.
